It is a great pleasure to invite and welcome you all to SEADFCON 2023, the 8th annual conference of South East Asia Diabetes Foundation at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The pandemic of Diabetes is a disease of relevance to all the specialties related to mankind. The different facets of the disease needs to be seen and addressed differently, and hence, an effective teamwork is an absolute essentiality. The team needs to be strengthened from bottom to the top. The South East Asia Diabetes Foundation is committed to Diabetes care at doorstep since its inception Over the years, our esteemed faculty and delegates have maintained high academic standards. They have provided an ideal platform for vibrant discussions and exchange of knowledge in the field of diabetes. The scientific program is carefully crafted to include the recent trends in the field that have practical relevance.

Dehradun is located in the Do on Valley on the foothills of the Himalayas nestled between Song river, a tributary of Ganga on the east and the Asan river, a tributary of Yamuna on the west The city is noted for its picturesque landscape, wonderful climate and also provide a gateway to the surrounding regions.
